Nova Hotel

Kenny and Felicia Williams - We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nova, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is lovely-very clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was spacious and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. However, what really stood out to me was the customer service. The staff at Nova went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations, everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. Any request we had was handled quickly and with a smile. It's rare to find such a combination of a nice facility and a genuinely caring team. We highly recommend staying at Nova and look forward to returning!

I stayed at Nova Hotel in Brooklyn and overall had a great experience for the price and location. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room had everything I needed comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, mini-fridge, and complimentary water which made it easy to relax after exploring the city.  The hotel’s design feels modern and clean, and being right in the heart of Brooklyn made it super convenient for grabbing food, hopping on the subway, or checking out the nightlife nearby.  The only real downsides were that the rooms are a bit on the smaller side (pretty typical for NYC), and there isn’t an on-site restaurant, so you’ll be heading out for most meals.  Overall, a stylish, budget-friendly spot with great access to Brooklyn’s culture definitely worth considering for your next stay! OH LAWDDDD

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, well designed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The view was breath taking with rooms that allowed us to see the city . Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations , Highly recommended!

Great value, affordable place to stay. A good place to come after exploring NYC to get a good night's rest. The room is very clean, and everything is working. The area is very industrial. There is a metro line ('L') very close. We felt safe.

Hova Hotel lobby was decorated nice. The rooms are a lil small but it was nice & clean. Loved the walk in shower. Great price. I would stay again. I will say it's hard to find parking so once you get a spot I suggest you uber or lyft to where u need to go so you don't lose your parking spot.

Room was comfortable, location was convenient, and the price was right! I had trouble figuring out the TV (Roku TV) when I wanted to watch the news and late night shows - regular live TV over the airwaves! I managed to find the Channel 7 11pm news, but gave up on Jimmy Kimmel and Nightline - I could find old episodes on hulu, but not the live broadcasts. I would prefer regular antenna TV to Roku. I asked the front desk clerk about nearby bars and restaurants. She said there weren't any. There was in fact a bar less than a block away. The desk staff should know the neighborhood better.

Had a great stay. Staff gave a great quality experience. Sona at the front desk were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful during my stay. They went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth, and it really made a difference. Thank you for such wonderful service

Excellent service, nice rooms and cozy reception with live feed from Time Square. Enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Sam, the receptionist was extremely cordial. Full marks to the cleanliness at the rooms and overall property. Worth a stay !

Lady at checking was very friendly room was clean bed was comfortable great view of the city at nighttime from the balcony. Breakfast and parking not included. I will stay again next time.I'm in brooklyn

This place is new, clean, and super convenient, steps from the subway, with free street parking on weekends. The neighborhood is safe and has that trendy Brooklyn aesthetic (it can look gritty at first glance, but that’s the vibe). I booked a city-view room on the 7th floor and was speechless. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the NYC skyline, I could even see the Empire State Building. Yes, you’ll hear some city sounds (sirens, traffic), but that’s typical New York and not a safety issue. I’ve stayed in Manhattan and heard just as much. Service was warm and thoughtful. I was greeted with a Halloween goodie bag (socks, candy, self-care items), such a sweet touch, and they offered complimentary drinks on the rooftop and in the lobby. I felt secure in my room with a latch and deadbolt, plus an in-room safe for valuables. Housekeeping on the 7th floor deserves a raise, the room was immaculate and the towel art in the bathroom and on the bed was cruise-ship level. The room was spacious, no, there’s not a writing desk with a chair, which it didn’t bother me at all. The bathroom is huge, it was clean, it had three dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I’m not sure why some reviews complain. If you want ultra-luxury, book a five-star hotel. If you want a stylish, comfortable, well-located stay with great views and kind staff, Nova Hotel is a fantastic choice. I’d absolutely stay again.
